One of the foundations of making a TARDIS
What do I do with it?
With a blueprint you'll first need a fabricator, once you set up the fabricator, use the blueprint on it and give it the items you see cycling through by right-clicking.
Where do I find them?
You can find blueprints in most structures that have a chest, these include but are not limited to: Shipwrecks, Nether Fortresses, Villages, etc...
