Artron Collector

An Artron Collector is crafted like so:
By placing it down in a rift chunk, The artron collector will collect artron energy from the chunk until there is none left. You can check how much artron is in a chunk by using your sonic screwdriver in scanning mode in a rift chunk.
You can right click the artron collector with an Artron Collector Unit to store the artron energy or put it in a TARDIS.
