Before You Start
Before you start creating a TARDIS, you'll need a few things. A Sonic Screwdriver, which you make by using a blueprint on a Fabricator and filling in all the materials needed, and a Rift Scanner, which can be crafted like this:

Once you have both, we can start the TARDIS creation process!
Obtaining Coral
The first step to creating a TARDIS is the materials; you'll need nine coral fragments, which can be crafted into a Coral Growth. You can obtain coral shards by finding a Rift. How do I find a rift? You can find one by using and following the Rift Scanner. Once you find one, you can right-click on it with your Sonic Screwdriver. It's not an 100% chance you get a coral fragment though, but you can use the sonic on it to get coral fragments 100% of the time. Sometimes, coral blocks will spawn around the rift, and other times, paper will fall out of the rift. Once you have all nine, you can place them in a crafting table and get the first building block of your (soon-to-be) TARDIS.
Planting the Coral Growth
Once you have a Coral Growth, you'll need to plant it. To do that, you'll need a block of soul sand and a rift chunk. Once you're in a rift chunk, place the soul sand, then put the Coral Growth on top and wait for it to grow. Once it's finished, it will open up and let you inside.
Plasmic Shell
Your TARDIS isn't done quite yet; it still needs a shell. You'll need a Coral Cage and eight Plasmic Material. Once you have those, right-click on the exterior with them, and it will look like the image above
The Personality Matrix
Warning
The shrieker must be naturally generated and not interacted with by any player.
The last thing you'll need is the Personality Matrix. To get one, you must first craft a Matrix Energizer. Once you have that, you'll need a Nether Star. Bring both to a sculk biome or ancient city, place the energizer on top of a shrieker, and insert the nether star. After a bit, the energizer will disappear, and a personality matrix will pop out! Bring it back to your TARDIS and drop it in the water inside. The TARDIS will begin a reconfiguration process, leaving it a clean slate for you to start your journey! You'll need a Respirator to breathe inside the TARDIS.
