Customizing Your TARDIS

You need a chameleon circuit connected to the engine to change the exterior.

Desktop Settings button:

Changing the Exterior

Open the monitor by using the console or monitor block.
Use the white arrows to change the exterior type.
Use the purple arrows to change the exterior variant.
To save your changes, click “Apply”.

Changing the Interior

Open the monitor by using the control or monitor block.
Navigate to the interior change screen by clicking “Desktop Settings” -> “Change Interior”.
Use the arrows to change the selected interior.
To start Interior Reconfiguration, click the image of the desktop you want.
The process will use up 5000 AU
Exit the interior, and wait for the cloister bells to stop ringing. You’re also able to add your own custom desktops with Datapacks.

Changing the Hum

Open the monitor by using the control or monitor block.
Navigate to the desktop settings screen by pressing the button
Use the arrows to change the selected hum
Click “Apply” to select the active hum.

Changing the Name

To change the TARDIS name, follow these steps:

Rename a name tag to the desired nickname
Right-click the renamed name tag on the Telepathic Circuits.

Changing the sonic casing

Place your sonic in the sonic port
Open the monitor and click the desktop settings button
Click on sonic settings
Use the arrows to select the casing

Changing the Vortex

Open the monitor
Go to the desktop settings
Switch between the hum tab
When you see the vortex tab appear select the vortex you want.

What is the Vortex?

The Time Vortex is the dimension the TARDIS travels through in flight. It comes in all shapes, colors and sizes and may be customized in the monitor.

Yes, you can! Just open your doors while in flight or use the Environment Projector set to the ait:time_vortexskybox. I suggest turning on the shields, otherwise you'll be sucked out of your TARDIS.
